1. Do I need to enter my credit/debit card details to sign up?

No. You can sign up without entering your credit/debit card details and use xamguider for up to 15 days.

2. What features are offered during the trial period of 90 days?

For the 90 days free trial period you get access to all features available in the All plan.

4. Which plan do you recommend?

The most popular plan is our PROFESSIONAL plan. However, depending on your requirement you can choose your convenient plan.

5. What will happen if I change my current plan?

If you upgrade to a higher plan, all new features will be available immediately. You will keep your current billing cycle and we will charge you proportionately for the new plan and deduct the already paid amount proportionately as well.

6. How long are your contracts?

xamguider is billed month to month or yearly and there is no commitment or minimum contract length. If you ever want to stop enjoying Learnyst subscription you can cancel at any time. Just e-mail hello@learnyst.com and we'll cancel your account immediately.

7. Are your subscription-charges prepaid or postpaid?

Monthly subscription charges are prepaid for a month. It starts from the day you subscribe on xamguider till next month same date.

8. Do you charge a setup fee?

There is absolutely no setup fee for web plans. You can launch your online teaching business entirely for free!

10. Do I need a web host?

Nope. Xamguider hosts all your course content (even though, to your learners, it looks like you're hosting it!)

11. Is there a limit to how much content I can upload?

No, there is no limit on the number of courses that you can upload. One of the unique features that Xamguider offers is course content security. You can choose to make your courses as encrypted if you wish to protect your course content like videos and PDFs. On mobile apps, your content is DRM encrypted. And on the web, your content is encrypted with the Xamguider proprietary algorithm. Considering the effort involved in keeping your course content secure, there will be a limit on a number of encrypted courses that you can create under each plan.

12. How can I calculate my bandwidth requirement?

Let's say your course size to be 100 MB, if there are 100 students and assuming all 100 students view your 100MB course then your bandwidth consumption is roughly 10 GB (100 MB X 100 students). You can start with our minimal plan and you can determine the best plan as you progress.

13. What happens if I exceed my bandwidth?

Xamguider will run your services normally without any restrictions. We will notify you of bandwidth overuse and charge $1 or INR 39 per GB of usage.

14. How are payments processed?

Learnyst provides you the option to integrate different payment gateways to accept payments directly to your bank account. So whenever a learner makes a payment it gets deposited to your bank account directly. The credit time depends on the payment gateway of your choice.

19. Can Xamguider be used for enterprise applications like internal training?

21. What happens if I want to cancel my plan?

We'll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your Xamguider plan at any time. We don't lock you into any lengthy contract. Moreover, since you own all school data as well as the domain name (if using a custom one), you can download your course, student, and revenue information for your further usage.

22. Can I cancel or change my account at any time?

23. What is Flexi-band ?

When you sign up for the annual plan you get your one time bandwidth volume. But the use of it is not restricted in any means, except ofcourse you have to use it in one year time.

So for example, upon subscription you receive 500GB bandwidth. Now you use 200GB in the first month, and then no usage for next 3 months. And then 50GB in another month. So as you can see, the usage of the total bandwidth volume is upto you, and you can use the 500GB in ways that suits you the best.

24. How to calculate Bandwidth usage?

Take your average course size and number of paid students that you expect in a month to know your monthly bandwidth usage. As per usage stats, we have seen only 1/3rd of students being active and consume about 1/3rd of your course data in a month.

25. What is the validity of my yearly bandwidth limit?

Bandwidth limit on your yearly plan follows the flexi-model. So there is no validity other than the 12 month period. It is cumulative and you can use as much as needed, and the remaining allowance will be saved for you so that you can use that as and when needed.
